1 Introduction

jili9a ("the Platform") is an online gaming and entertainment service operating at jili9a.net. The Platform offers a range of products including, but not limited to, JILI slot games, live dealer casino games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. All services are made available exclusively to eligible players who have accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2 Eligibility

jili9a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where possible in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on jili9a. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings held across those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. jili9a may request supporting documentation to verify any information you provide, including but not limited to:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jili9a are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.

Deposits are typically credited to your jili9a account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jili9a is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply across all jili9a promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

8 Intellectual Property

All content on jili9a.net — including but not limited to the website design, source code, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, and software — is the exclusive property of jili9a or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jili9a without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of jili9a's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data

12 Account Suspension & Closure

jili9a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jili9a reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The Player has provided false or misleading information
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes
• The Player has registered multiple accounts
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jili9a, other players, or third parties
• Regulatory obligations require account action

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to identity verification and AML checks. jili9a's decision regarding account closures is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

13 Disputes

The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication on jili9a.net unless a later effective date is stated. If you continue to use the Platform after updated Terms have been published, you will be deemed to have accepted those updated Terms. 15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jili9a's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits jili9a's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
